Abstract

This paper presents a Secure and Intelligent Life Insurance Ecosystem leveraging AI-cloud powered wireless Building Management Systems (BMS). The proposed framework integrates AI-driven analytics with cloud computing and wireless BMS to monitor, predict, and mitigate operational and cybersecurity risks in real time. By enabling secure data management, adaptive decision-making, and predictive risk assessment, the system ensures resilience, fraud mitigation, and operational efficiency in life insurance operations. Distributed wireless modules and intelligent orchestration provide scalability, human-centric oversight, and seamless integration across ecosystem components, fostering trust, reliability, and sustainability.
